With a decade of management experience in international companies in multiple countries and a dramatic career change to Psychology with the main goal of understanding motivation, satisfaction and
burnouts, I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices with coaching to help you examine and reshape many areas of your life by enabling a journey of self-exploration focusing on the future and tangible goals.
This method will allow you to observe how your personal beliefs and values can shape your experience of life and behaviours to be able to distinguish those thought patterns that are beneficial from those that cause you harm.

This will be a 30-minute video call to get to know each other and discuss how we can work together to help you reach your goals and answer any questions you may have about coaching, my own experience, pricing, best program for you and structure before scheduling our first session together.
You don’t need to know what you want to work or have any clear goals to schedule this appointment, you just need to want to make some change happen.
2st step » Book sessions
After we have discussed what we can work together, you can book 4, 8 or 12 sessions. Each session consists of 60-minutes of confidential, non-judgmental, one-to-one sessions to work on your personal, emotional, and professional goals.
We can work on:

- Dealing with unresolved emotions on a specific situation

MY STORY
From
corporate life
– to coaching
A decade ago I left my country to pursue a career in business and the corporate world in Madrid, Paris, London and Berlin. Having worked for tech start-ups and companies in different countries, I have learned to adapt quickly to different management styles and working cultures, to communicate with people from all over the world, either in different languages or communication styles. I also understood the importance of listening carefully and non-judgmentally to everyone, as in different contexts, jokes, habits and even manners can have completely different meanings and interpretations.
I became very good at my job, and soon I was leading teams and managing projects.
However, instead of feeling accomplished and satisfied for having surpassed my professional expectations at an early age, I felt drained and lost. I had devoted most of my time and all of my energy to work, and I had lost myself in the process in exchange of a job title and a salary. My whole identity was around my career as working in international companies had allowed me to live and prosper in Europe as an immigrant woman in her 20s. But my health, confidence and relationships were suffering from my excessive working.
I couldn’t understand why so many amazing people, who are talented, ambitious and hard working end up in the same place I was. Demotivated and dreaming about quitting, even when it meant losing stability, income, and often visas and residence permits.
I believe most people enjoy working in teams, collaborating with others to build projects and want to have a positive impact in the world. However, more and more people are experiencing depression, anxiety and chronic stress due to their jobs and fast-paced lives, even when working at their dream jobs, companies or pursuing their own dreams.
I made it my goal to find a solution to burnouts, to help people find what drives them to become better versions of themselves, to increase motivation and self-esteem while working on issues like procrastination, anxiety, chronic stress, imposter syndrome and emotional health. With a MBA and a Msc in Psychology, I became the coach I wish I had access to when I was feeling my life was meaningless, in order to save people time, pain and tears.
And at the end, most of my clients don’t necessarily end up quitting or changing their whole lives, but appreaciating what they already have and learning skills to live their best possible lives.
